There are two classes of members: flying members and social members. Both classes of membership are available to undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, staff and alumni of Amherst College, Hampshire College, Mount Holyoke College, Smith College, Greenfield Community College and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and to members of the immediate families of the above. A member in good standing may retain membership upon termination of his/her status as a student, faculty, or staff of one of the above institutions.
A one time initiation fee of $300 is payable upon joining the club. Thereafter, the monthly membership fee is $35 (prorated for the first month) with aircraft rates given on the aircraft information page. Further information on the benefits and obligations that accompany the Club's membership are given in the Club's constitution and bylaws.
